2024-2025 Dance Season – YOUTH DANCE
Youth programming begins in August, and runs through May 2026. Holidays coincide with the Clarke County School District (CCSD) calendar and include Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the winter holiday break, Martin Luther King Day, and spring break. Classes end December 13 for winter holidays and resume on January 5.
Inclement weather closings will follow any closings announced by CCSD.

Tuition Information
- Our season runs from August to May 16th. Registering your child for class implies a full season commitment.
- Your tuition for the entire season is split into 10 payments.
- Each payment is due on the first day of each month starting in August.
- Your last tuition payment is in May.
- The Studio Athens requires that tuition be auto-paid monthly.
- If you choose to pay otherwise, there will be a $25 increase in monthly tuition.
- Tuition is late after the 15th, and will result in a $20 late fee.
- There is a registration for new students and after the April 14th date.
- Tuition is not prorated or refunded for missed classes. We also cannot offer make-up classes for student missed classes.
- A 10% discount will be given to any parent interested in paying for the season in full.**No refunds.
Paying Tuition
Tuition must be paid via auto-pay at The Studio Athens, or paid in full at the beginning of the season. If you have any issues setting up auto-pay, please contact us.
1. ENROLL IN AUTO-PAY: Autopay comes out every month on the 1st day of the month.
- Log in with your username and password to our Parent Portal
- Choose ENROLL IN AUTOPAY in the top right menu.
2. PAY IN FULL: For your convenience, we can take the entire year’s tuition in one lump sum. There is a 10% discount for paying your tuition in full! This removes the need to remember payment dates. If this might work for you, let us know! Email [email protected] to pay your tuition in full.

Withdrawing from class
To withdraw from class, The Studio must receive a written request of withdrawal 5 days prior to the tuition withdrawal date to [email protected]. Otherwise, you will be charged for the next month regardless of whether or not you attend class.
This charge is non-refundable. Doctor’s notes for injuries will be accepted. Tuition (paid in full, installments, monthly), registration fees, and costume payments are non-refundable.
2025-2026 – ADULT DANCE & FITNESS
Pre-registration for Adult Classes is available starting August 1. While we do not offer tuition based classes for adults, we prefer that you reserve a spot in a class in advance through our registration portal. Our Adult Classes give you the flexibility to come to class when you can AND reserve a spot ahead of time if you’d like. Payment is due before the class occurs. If you don’t pre-register before you come, you will be asked to do so when you arrive at The Studio for class.
We have several payment options:
SINGLE DROP-IN: $20
5 CLASS PUNCH CARD: $90
10 CLASS PUNCH CARD: $150
THE STUDIO UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP: $115/month
The Unlimited Membership allows you to attend as many drop-in classes as you want per month and is our best deal! This fee is auto-paid monthly. If you choose to pay otherwise, there will be a $5.00 increase in the monthly fee. Payment comes out on the 1st of each month. It will be considered late after the 20th, and will result in a $20 late fee.
